A leading medical center is seeking to hire a Plastic / Reconstructive Surgeon with outstanding expertise and a strong background in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, to join our professional medical team in Bahrain.

» Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all major cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including:
  • Facelift and neck lift
  • Rhinoplasty
  • Breast augmentation/reduction/lift
  • Body contouring and liposuction
  • Abdominoplasty
  • Hand and reconstructive surgeries
  • Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive surgical and treatment plans.
  • Manage complex post-trauma or revision surgery cases.
  • Provide thorough post-operative care, ensuring optimal healing and patient satisfaction.
  • Adhere to medical ethics, safety standards, and regulations of the Ministry of Health and the NHRA.
  • Engage in educational and professional content creation on social media platforms that reflect the center’s professional image.

» Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery (MBBS or equivalent).
  2. Specialty certification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from a recognized board (Arab, European, American, or equivalent).
  3. Minimum of 7 years post-specialization experience (10+ years preferred).
  4. Proven surgical experience across a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
  5. Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to patient care and expectation management.
  6. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

» NHRA (Bahrain) Requirements:

  1. Medical degrees must be from a university listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS).
  2. All qualifications must be officially attested and verified.
  3. Provide a valid Good Standing Certificate from the last medical authority or country of employment.
  4. Submit verifiable and accredited proof of professional experience.
  5. Pass the NHRA specialty exam or interview, if required.
  6. Complete Primary Source Verification (PSV) of all credentials.
  7. Obtain a valid NHRA license before starting employment.
